Cancel a trial before its first charge
The seven-day Professional trial costs $0 and requires a payment card. Cancel in Account before the displayed trial end to prevent the first subscription charge. A complimentary research pass never charges automatically.
All payments are final
Monthly payments, annual payments, renewals, upgrades and other completed subscription charges are final and non-refundable. BanksOnSale does not provide voluntary refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits for unused time or refunds because a customer forgot to cancel.
Cancellation stops future billing
You may cancel renewal from your BanksOnSale account. Cancellation does not reverse a payment already made. Professional access remains available through the current paid billing period, and Dodo Payments will not charge the subscription again after the displayed renewal date.
Plan changes
An annual upgrade may create an immediate prorated charge that is shown before confirmation. A downgrade is scheduled for the next billing date. Neither action refunds a prior payment.
Mandatory exceptions
This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. If applicable law, a binding card-network rule or Dodo Payments as merchant of record requires a reversal, that mandatory process controls. Correcting a proven duplicate or unauthorized transaction is not a discretionary refund.

Email support@banksonsale.com with the Google account email used for purchase and the Dodo invoice or payment reference. Do not send card numbers or other payment credentials.
