Information collected
We receive the account identifier, verified email address and optional display name supplied through Google sign-in, or the email you verify with a short-lived one-time code. We never receive your Google password and do not store the one-time code in readable form. If you request dashboard access, we store your email, consent time and limited campaign attribution. We also store access status, saved scenarios, product activity, subscription identifiers, renewal status, editorial audit records, security logs and support communications. BanksOnSale does not receive or store complete payment-card details.
How information is used
We use account data to authenticate users, enforce access, provide saved work, attribute administrative changes, prevent abuse, support customers and improve the service. Launch-list information is used to send launch and Thursday research updates. We do not sell personal information.
Processors and sources
OpenAI Sites hosts the application and sign-in layer; market and regulatory providers supply product data. Dodo Payments provides hosted checkout and processes payments, invoices, taxes, billing disputes and subscription management as merchant of record. Dodo sends signed subscription events to BanksOnSale so we can grant or remove access. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Account, entitlement, saved-work and audit records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Secrets are stored outside source code and access decisions are enforced on the server. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of eligible account information by contacting support@banksonsale.com. Some security, audit and legal records may need to be retained.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in this policy and, when appropriate, accompanied by additional notice.
